This restaurant clearly lacks an understanding of customer service, and it feels like the franchise is just paying for the privilege of using the brand name. A coworker even suggested throwing a freshly made burger at my son, which was completely inappropriate. Thankfully, another coworker didn’t follow through with that suggestion, as it could have been seen as an attack that warranted police involvement. Additionally, the franchise owner would likely be very upset if they were no longer associated with Wendy's, as the parent company benefits from the franchise model. They should remember that they never know who their customers are or what they might be capable of.
I had the worst experience at Wendy's! They didn't fulfill our entire order, and when we pointed out what was missing, one of the cooks in the back insisted that we had everything and flat-out told us, “You are a liar.” There was no way to get a refund. When we asked for the name of the cook, the staff member we spoke to was unhelpful. I would never consider returning to this location.
I, my youngest daughter and 9 months old granddaughter came here for lunch. the entire staff was very friendly and friendly. the lobby was very clean and the food was hot and tasty. big daughter loved the pommes and mini chocolate frosty.
On March 24, 2024, at 5:45 p.m., I visited the drive-thru and was greeted by a male voice that informed me they were out of nearly everything. He mentioned that I could still place an order if I wanted to take a chance. I decided to go ahead and ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, but both items ended up being cold!
