When I was mistakenly charged for the wrong order, I... read more I was incredibly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by D and Britta at this restaurant. When I was mistakenly charged for the wrong order, I returned to seek a refund. The manager initially told me to come back in the morning, but D took it upon himself to inquire about my visit and order, and promptly contacted the other manager, Britta, to assist with the refund process. Despite being busy, D went out of his way to help me, and Britta took the time to ensure the refund was processed correctly. Even though I faced some resistance from the first manager I encountered, D and Britta's dedication to resolving the issue left me feeling satisfied, and that's what truly matters.

Went around twice to get a plain double bacon cheeseburger. First they caught attitudes saying it wasnt asked when the lady even read it back as a plain double bacon. Then gave it with everything a second time after arguing for 5 minutes the first time. Cold fries. Horrible service. Will never eat at Wendy's again after that experience. Didn't even give a receipt so when I went back with the same bag. Said cant do anything for you. Leave. Crazy. How customer service is anymor
