Horrible service. Went around twice to get a plain double bacon cheeseburger. First they caught attitudes saying it wasnt asked when the lady even read it back as a plain double bacon. Then gave it with everything a second time after arguing for 5 minutes the first time. Cold fries. Horrible service. Will never eat at Wendy's again after that experience. Didn't even give a receipt so when I went back with the same bag. Said cant do anything for you. Leave. Crazy. How customer service is anymor
This Burger king is one of the best we've been to. Food is always fresh and fries are hot. We try to go once a week keep up the great work.
Went thru drive thru and not only did they get my order wrong, they acted so bitter as if I were the cause for whatever made them feel that way. (I was polite and respectful, nothing like a Karen that could trigger such a response. I get there are good days and bad days when working but customers shouldnt have to deal with it.
Stood at theke for 10 minutes, without even being acknowledged, just run out. obviously they don't need my business. I would give zero stars if I could.
