I've been visiting for about 10 years, and I always make a stop whenever I'm in town. I highly recommend trying The Subway!

The only downside was that they only offered Canadian bacon instead of regular bacon. I had the chicken tender sub, which was fantastic! Even my picky 6-year-old loved his pizza so much that he gave the waitress a hug. Overall, this place excels in customer service, and I will definitely be back!

My last few experienc... read more I have been coming here for years with no problems. Recently the service has really gone downhill. If I could give them no stars, I would. My last few experiences were awful but this last one was our final straw. We made an Order for delivery and paid over the phone with our debit card. About 40 min. went by and we get a call from them. They tell me that our food is ready but they wont deliver to our address tonight because it was farther than they wanted to go. (We are in North Springfield) I explained that we have had many deliveries including one just a week ago. I was then told that they were “extra busy” tonight so if I wanted them to deliver they were going to charge me an additional delivery fee or I could meet the driver somewhere to get our food. I was speechless! Never have I had a business call and give me an ultimatum. Remind you that I had already paid. We have always been a fan of The Subway but we will no longer be giving them our business.
