The water was brown, and the lemonade was off in terms of carbonation, but the sandwich was excellent. The staff was courteous; the only issue was with the drinks. That’s all.
I've been a regular at this restaurant for a long time, but I've finally had enough. They require payment for their food yet refuse to allow customers to use the restrooms. The service is shockingly rude and dismissive. It's as if they think the virus only spreads in the restrooms, not in other areas of the establishment. Simply put, they are too stingy and careless to properly maintain clean facilities, so they come up with excuses instead. I'm sure many other customers share my feelings but are reluctant to voice them. I believe that will change soon.
The customer service was disappointing; the staff seemed rushed and carelessly piled the ingredients on the bread. Showing more patience and respect toward customers would greatly improve the experience.
I had a great experience at Subway. The sandwich artist was attentive and added exactly the toppings I requested. The food itself is a reliable 3 stars, but the service definitely deserves an additional 2 stars. If you visit, be sure to ask for Mohammad—he’ll ensure you’re well looked after!
I ate lunch at this Subway location and unfortunately got food poisoning. I noticed the lettuce was slimy and the guacamole was brown while I was there—I should have left right away. I’m sharing this as a warning because it appears they aren’t following proper food safety practices. I’m feeling quite sick and won’t be returning.
