Would have have given 5 stars but the was warm and I didn't get it toasted. It was supposed to be a cold sandwich.
Well made sub, clean store, friendly staff. This location serves what you would expect a great sub to look, and taste like. They put just the right amount of sauce and veggies on. Some stores add way too much sauce, to the point that it makes the sub soggy. Others don't add enough to be able to taste it. All the flavors were well balanced. Thanks ladies.
I placed a mobile order, and when I got home, I discovered that I had received the wrong sandwich. When I called to address the issue, the employee on the phone was extremely rude. She wasn’t listening to me, kept interrupting, and was nearly yelling. She insisted that we hadn’t ordered what we were claiming, even though we could see the correct order in the app during the call. The customer service was terrible, and we were merely trying to explain the mistake without being rude. Both of us work in retail and understand the importance of treating customers with respect. It's unacceptable to be spoken to like a child by an employee in their own establishment. I cannot recommend this restaurant unless you’re okay with dealing with a severe attitude problem and a lack of accountability.
