The food is always great drinks are wonderful but 177 Anna you need to work on your customer service skills. If my fiance asks for 2 of everything you dont give her additude and throw all our food in the bag looking like it was made out of anger because you charged us too much and extras to our order. I'm happy with Sonic but I'm not happy with you Anna.
I go to this Sonic every morning to get a large sweet tea with light ice. Whenever I pull up and hit the red button to place my order, they always confirm it before bringing it out. Today, one of the owners personally brought me my drink and told me it was complimentary. I truly appreciated this unexpected act of kindness. Thank you, sir, for brightening my day!
The service at this restaurant is always fast and welcoming. The food is consistently served hot and tastes great. I really appreciate that the entire menu is available all day, which is perfect for those of us who have unconventional work hours or find ourselves craving breakfast or dinner at unusual times.
I want to start by saying that I really love Sonic. However, I’ve been a bit disappointed with this location. Every single time I visit, there seems to be an issue with my order—yes, EVERY TIME. On my latest visit, I ordered tater tots with cheese and onions, along with a Route 44 Diet Dr. Pepper with vanilla. Unfortunately, there were no onions on my tots, and my drink had no vanilla in it. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced problems here. Just last week, I ordered a Route 44, but what I received was just a large drink, even though I paid for the larger size. I would appreciate it if you could pay closer attention to the details. Thank you!
The food is consistently excellent, and the drinks are fantastic. However, Anna, you really need to improve your customer service skills. When my fiancée asks for two of everything, there’s no need to give her attitude or pack our food in the bag as if it was done out of anger because you charged us extra for our order. I love Sonic, but I'm not pleased with your service, Anna.
