I got the turkey, bacon, and cheese sandwich, pressed, and it was SO good. Excellent bread makes perfect panini. Highly recommend this place.

I asked the cashier (owner) how a sandwich was. he said, she knows- pointing. the woman who wasbuilding sandwiches said o ya it 's good, get it hot . She 's right, it would have been miserable cold. If you 're looking forsomething special with loving flavor this is not it . Stay away from the eggplant

I have t... read more Clean and neat sandwich shop right next to Springfield Plaza. Jay and Sue are awesome people! They are hard-working, kind and they make fantastic food! I have tried nearly every sandwich on the daily menu, and they are all the same excellent quality. Theshort rib, Shrimp/Tuna salad and Caprese(for vegetarians) stand out for me. I also highly recommend trying out the specials forthe day, my favorites are the Egg Salad, Bulgogi, London Broil among many. My favorite side is the potato salad, best inSpringfield(add Red Tabasco if you like spicy, your welcome). Really everything is fresh and high quality, made with care andprecision every time. Best sandwich shop in Springfield!

It's a family owned place and you can tell, they put a lot of care into it. A must try if you're in the area.
