I always enjoy the delicious gyros here, and once again, I had a fantastic experience! I accidentally left my purse at the restaurant last night, and the owner went out of their way to come in outside of regular hours to return it to me this morning. You can't top that level of customer service! I’ll definitely be back soon!
I ordered food through the Mr. Beast app, and while it was ready on time, I walked into an empty restaurant with just one girl behind the bar. She was on speakerphone with a man who seemed to be doing math homework or tallying tips. She placed my order on the bar without really acknowledging me. When I asked if everything was included, she gave me an annoyed look. I left only to find out that my order was completely wrong. This was a terrible first experience, and it will definitely be my last. If you're looking for a dirty place with awful customer service, do yourself a favor and run, don’t walk, away from Riad. I'm also sharing pictures of the three burgers I ordered versus the three burgers I actually received.
I made a reservation for my wife and me for our anniversary last Wednesday. When we arrived, a man sitting in a booth told us they had closed early. It was only 6:30 PM, and we had made our reservation in advance. My wife mentioned this, but the man reluctantly agreed to serve us. I was shocked! This level of service is unacceptable and is sure to chase customers away. I felt incredibly embarrassed, especially since I had been praising this restaurant to others. They really need to rethink their approach if they want to stay in business with such rude behavior.
