As I was explaining my order over the phone, the person on the line kept mumbling something that I couldn't understand. Thinking he didn't catch what I wanted, I started to repeat my order. Just as I was in the middle of explaining, he interrupted me with the same unintelligible comments. He then shouted something, swore at me, and hung up the phone in frustration. I was left confused and bewildered, unsure of why he reacted so angrily. Unfortunately, the staff here are anything but friendly. I used to order from this place frequently, but after experiencing such rude treatment, I will never dine here again.

I am extremely disappointed and tired of being let down every time I order takeout. I ordered lunch and, to start, the person on the phone was very rude. The place looks run-down and is only for pickup—seriously, they should either improve the interior or offer delivery! I wouldn't want my customers entering a place that looks like that. Once I got home, I realized my pizza order was completely wrong. The grinders were awful; I could only take two bites. I expected to pay $19 for my order, but it ended up being around $25, as I received a combo pizza instead of a large cheese. Such a letdown. I recommend trying Bruno's Pizza just across the street instead.

Two small pies with toppin... read more I have been ordering pizza from Pizza Palace for twenty plus years. It's just simple pizza, done perfectly, and at a very fair price. Two small pies with toppings is always under twenty bucks. I've seen em' come and go and I still prefer to pickup my pies here. You can eat in, but the place is beat to hell, so it really is for pickup.
