23 minutes for a burger this place sucks then I go in and they forgot I was waiting.. They also forgot my sons fries and toy in Happy meal unreal...
Jessica is by far the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a McDonald’s. She screams at the employees to the point where they have tears. My sandwich had pickles on it so I called in to let them know I’d be coming back. Jessica was very rude on the phone and when I came back to the store. She didn’t apologize either and said “HERE” and put the sandwich on the counter with no bag or napkins. When I came to this particular McDonald's I ordered my new go to...it's a Big Mac menu hack and I was upcharged almost a dollar...in CT I didn't get charged anything extra to make changes to the toppings on a McDouble. I love McDonald's and the first cashier was EXTREMELY rude when I asked HIM why it was so much....I still go to this McDonald's in Springfield MA...but I seriously don't appreciate being treated the way I did
