My sandwich had pickles on it so I called in to let them know I’d be coming back. Jessica was very rude on the phone and when I came back to the store. She didn’t apologize either and said “HERE” and put the sandwich on the counter with no bag or napkins. I love McDonald's and the first cashier was EXTREMELY rude when I asked HIM why it was so much....I still go to this McDonald's in Springfield MA...but I seriously don't appreciate being treated the way I did
