The driver didn’t bother to double-check the address and ended up going to the wrong unit. When I tried to call back after missing his call twice, he didn’t answer and just drove away. I called the restaurant and found out he had gone to the wrong place. I had used most of my points, and the store told me I would have to reorder my pizza if I wanted it delivered again, which kind of defeats the purpose of the points system. This isn’t my first problem with this franchise; their service keeps getting worse, and nothing seems to change. This is why I no longer add a tip to my online payment. Instead, I wait until I receive the food to evaluate the service and decide on an appropriate tip based on that.

Got a call saying no delivery driver for 4 more hours due to driver calling in. I?m pretty easygoing so. I agreed to let the delivery wait until 3pm when the next driver was scheduled to come in. I tried calling at 3:40 when I have heard nothing. Callrolled to the customer service line where I was told ?I can?t get ahold of them, so I?m guessing they have your order. There isnothing more I can do?. My card has been charged and I have no idea if there will be pizza or not. A very poor customerexperience. I get call outs but communication is key!

I visited Pizza Hut tonight to pick up a carry-out order, and the staff were arguing loudly, using offensive language, and running around chaotically. When we got home, we weren’t surprised to find the pizza was awful. The toppings were scarce, and there was barely any sauce. The regular crust was burnt, and the thin crust was dry and cracker-like. We didn’t want to go back to return it, so we ended up spending $35 on what was easily the worst pizza we’ve ever had. We will definitely not be returning.

I want to commend the delivery driver, Micah, who went above and beyond to assist me when I needed help. He stayed by my side until assistance arrived, and I truly appreciate his kindness. He definitely deserves a raise! I made sure to give him a generous tip. He is a very polite and courteous young man.

I placed my order at 6:10 PM on January 7 and spoke with Joshua, the driver, who explained that they had received 50 orders in just 45 minutes. With four drivers out due to COVID, only five were available. Despite these obstacles, the kitchen and delivery team at the S. Campbell location in Springfield, MO performed exceptionally well! Our order arrived promptly, fresh, and hot despite the staffing shortages and heavy demand.
