I... read more I do not leave bad reviews. I know serving the public is not easy but when I have an experience that is absolutely outrageous I feel the need to warn others. I always give everyone the opportunity to fix an issue. Should've read these reviews beforeordering this location. We were delivered the wrong pizza. It had no meat on it. We called and said they gave us the wrongpizza. He said they would make a new one and deliver it but that they'd take the old one back. (Which I don't care. I don't wanta no meat pizza anyway. That wasn't a problem. Then he told us that since we each had a slice they'd take 2 out of the new onebefore they delivered it. Excuse me? What kind of policy is that? YOU made a mistake and gave us the wrong pizza which of coursewe didn't know until we both already got a piece and started eating and we're getting punished and aren't entitled to our FULLand CORRECT order that we paid for?!?! No. Never again. Updated to add they re delivered and it's still wrong. Paid extra forstuffed crust and it isn't. It also is the full pizza though. They didn't actually take 2 pieces out like he said and thedelivery driver was great. No issues with him.

I would have given 5 stars, but they can only get one big if they order thin crust on the works.

There was only one delivery car in the parking lot at t... read more When we arrived, we noticed one employee sitting outside on his phone and three others inside the store. There was only one delivery car in the parking lot at that time. We waited patiently in the lobby for our order. While waiting, another employee came in with a delivery bag, and when I looked outside, I saw two delivery cars parked outside. This was frustrating since we were told there were no delivery drivers working that night. We decided not to say anything and continued waiting. When our pizza was ready, I saw an employee touch his face and then pick up a pepper with the same bare hand before placing it in our box—completely unhygienic. I spoke with the manager on site, though I didn’t catch his name. He seemed indifferent about the delivery issue, so I didn’t bring up the other concerns. I have since contacted corporate, hoping they will address these problems properly. It’s disappointing because I’ve always liked Papa John’s, but I would suggest going to Domino’s or Pizza Hut instead to avoid these issues.

I... read more I tried the new curbside pickup at Papa John's and followed all the instructions, but my friend and I waited over 10 minutes without anyone coming to our car. I had to go inside to pick up the order instead. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I wouldn’t recommend the curbside option since the pizza was cold by the time I received it.
