I ended up ordering a small item and left, missing out on a larger order I had planned for the office. I also chose not to leave a tip. This is unacceptable management. Your employees lose out on tips, and it creates frustration for customers when the menu isn't adequately prepared!

It’... read more I really value the healthy options on Panera Bread’s menu. The food is generally excellent, and most of the time, it’s ready right when they say it will be. It’s a fantastic spot for enjoying quality meals. That said, they do struggle a bit with order accuracy. As someone who frequently travels, Panera is one of my regular stops, but I’ve often received orders that aren’t exactly correct. With the current challenges in the food service industry, I try to be understanding. I suggest double-checking your order before leaving, as there’s roughly a 50/50 chance of a small mistake. Usually, it’s minor—like ordering scrambled eggs but getting them over-easy, or a drink coming without ice despite asking for it. I’ve seen this happen several times, but given today’s job market, I don’t expect immediate improvements. On the bright side, the staff is always friendly and quick to fix any errors, and the food itself remains delicious. Before the pandemic, these mistakes were less frequent, so I believe it’s connected to staffing issues. Overall, despite some order mix-ups, I’d give Panera Bread a solid 4 to 5 stars.

I used to visit here regularly when a friend and I both had the sip deal forcoffee and tea, and we would meet between classes once per week to do homework and chat...but unless I have a regular plan likethat, this place is too rich for me!

The staff is consistently friendly and maintains a positive attitude. I highly recommend this location!
