I ended up ordering a small item and left, missing out on a larger order I had planned for the office. I also chose not to leave a tip. This is unacceptable management. Your employees lose out on tips, and it creates frustration for customers when the menu isn't adequately prepared!

I can only eat here once in a blue moon. I used to visit here regularly when a friend and I both had the sip deal forcoffee and tea, and we would meet between classes once per week to do homework and chat...but unless I have a regular plan likethat, this place is too rich for me!

Overall, it's a gr... read more I really appreciate the healthy options that Panera offers. The food is delicious, and most of the time, it's ready when they say it will be. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy quality food. However, accuracy is not one of their strong suits. I travel frequently, and Panera is one of my go-to spots for a meal, but I've noticed that receiving exactly what you ordered can often be a challenge. Given the current climate where good help is hard to find, I’m not going to be too hard on them about this. I would just advise everyone to check your to-go orders before leaving the restaurant, as there's about a 50/50 chance it might not be correct. Not in a completely wrong way—like receiving a totally different item—but for instance, if you order a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs instead of over easy, you might get scrambled, over easy, or even both. Sometimes, you might even end up with no egg at all. I could share many examples, but considering the current employment situation, I don’t anticipate improvements anytime soon. On the bright side, the staff is always very friendly and quick to fix any mistakes, and the food is just so good. They didn't used to have these issues before the pandemic, so I attribute it mainly to the challenges of finding reliable staff nowadays. As for everything else, I'd rate them between 4 and 5 stars.

It’s a fantastic spot for enjoying quality meals. That said, they do struggle a bit with order accuracy. As someone who frequently travels, Panera is one of my regular stops, but I’ve often received orders that aren’t exactly correct. With the current challenges in the food service industry, I try to be understanding. I suggest double-checking your order before leaving, as there’s roughly a 50/50 chance of a small mistake. Usually, it’s minor—like ordering scrambled eggs but getting them over-easy, or a drink coming without ice despite asking for it. I’ve seen this happen several times, but given today’s job market, I don’t expect immediate improvements. On the bright side, the staff is always friendly and quick to fix any errors, and the food itself remains delicious. Before the pandemic, these mistakes were less frequent, so I believe it’s connected to staffing issues. Overall, despite some order mix-ups, I’d give Panera Bread a solid 4 to 5 stars.
