I paid $7 for a breakfast item, only to be told I was mistaken about my order. This happens every time I visit Panera. It’s not my first negative experience, but it’s frustrating to start the morning with the wrong meal and have them refuse to fix it. The menu should be clear, and the service should match the quality of the food.
