While I was trying to read a text about my order pickup, I noticed two employees exchanging smirks right in front of me. I had intended to order food for myself as well, but after seeing that, I decided against spending any more money here. I understand that dealing with difficult customers can be tough, but it's essential for those in customer-facing roles to maintain a professional attitude. Those employees should have held off on their reactions until I had left. Because of this experience, I've decided to avoid this restaurant in the future.

With... read more The rice frequently arrives hard and stale. I'm usually not very particular about food, but I've seen a steady drop in quality at this location over time. With few dining choices near my workplace, this place has become less attractive after several disappointing visits. I truly hope they can resolve their supply and quality problems soon.
