I used to enjoy visiting this restaurant, but my experience today was disappointing. I was trying to read an order that someone had texted me to pick up, and while I was figuring it out, I noticed two employees smirking at each other right in front of me. I had intended to buy food for myself as well, but after that encounter, I couldn't bring myself to spend any more money there. I understand that dealing with quirky customers can be frustrating, but if you're working directly with the public, it’s important to manage your reactions better—especially when customers can easily see your expressions. They really should have waited until I left to make jokes about me, but now I know to steer clear of this place.
The food was decent, but the wait was quite long. I went through the drive-thru and had to wait and wait for my food to be brought out. Eventually, I had to go inside to get it myself, while the car in front of me was also waiting. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
I used to visit this Panda Express location regularly, but the quality has significantly declined. When the best part of your meal is the rice and they forget one of your items about one-third of the time, it’s not worth spending your hard-earned money. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
The service here is consistently lacking, as there seems to be no effort or concern from the staff. It's as if they have no awareness of the calls they've received or the needs of their customers.
To make matters worse, the restaurant had already pre-packaged all three of our to-go boxes with the few items that were ready, leaving them to sit for about 35 minutes while we waited for the rest of our food. As a result, the items that had been sitting out were extremely cold and soggy. Upon arriving home, two of us tried to eat the rangoons, and they were dry and powdery, with a flavor that didn’t resemble rangoons at all—it was quite strange. Overall, it was not a great experience, especially considering how much we paid for the meal.

The rice frequently arrives hard and stale. I'm usually not very particular about food, but I've seen a steady drop in quality at this location over time. With few dining choices near my workplace, this place has become less attractive after several disappointing visits. I truly hope they can resolve their supply and quality problems soon.

I used to really enjoy visiting this restaurant, but my experience today was quite disappointing. While I was trying to read a text about my order pickup, I noticed two employees exchanging smirks right in front of me. I had intended to order food for myself as well, but after seeing that, I decided against spending any more money here. I understand that dealing with difficult customers can be tough, but it's essential for those in customer-facing roles to maintain a professional attitude. Those employees should have held off on their reactions until I had left. Because of this experience, I've decided to avoid this restaurant in the future.
