To make matters worse, on... read more The size of your breakfast burritos does not match what’s shown in the pictures; they are incredibly thin with hardly anything inside. To make matters worse, one of the burritos I unwrapped had paper stuck to it, and the smell was off-putting. I paid over seven dollars for this. Additionally, my nuggets appeared double-dipped, were hard, and tasted overly greasy. Please consider serving fresher food.

The staff seemed overwhelmed by a small rush, with six vehicles waiting for their orders at the same time. Unfortunately, the food was not hot when it finally arrived, and the crew didn't appear to be putting in much effort to get the orders out efficiently. Instead, they were chatting among themselves too much.

I ordered several items, but when I got home, I found that my triple cheeseburger, fries, and dip were missing. I called to report the issue, but they refused to provide the missing items because they had switched to breakfast service and the grills were only set up for sausage. It wouldn’t have been hard to simply throw a patty on the grill and take it off when it was cooked.

I waited forty minutes just to reach the counter, only to be informed that they only accept cash and that their app wasn't working, so they couldn't process my order. When I suggested they put up a sign at the entrance to avoid frustrating other customers, the staff member became rude. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash on me, and I wasted a full 40 minutes after just finishing my shift at the local ER.

The employees were laughing at me, and after waiting for 12 minutes, I finally managed to get the manager to assist me. He offered to refund my money and replace my now-cold food. However, I never received the refund of just over $28. I do not recommend this location due to the rude and incompetent staff.
