Worst service in town. Don?t bother with ordering online, they don?t start putting together your order until you get there. Then you will wait about 10 minutes, after which some jerk employee says you need to learn to be patient. Actually, I just need tolearn not to return to your store. Consider that lesson learned. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered a two piece dark meat original and got one extra crispy ?breast? even it was odd shaped and just one piece, not two. Was not told my order wasn?t able to be filled as ordered. Also, who needs 6 packs of hot sauce and 5 ketchup for a famousbowl and two pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes? Oh, and it was 4:15 and I was the only person in the drive thru.
The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and a Sprite, while my sister and brother-in-law opted for the classic sandwiches. Everything we tried was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
I walked in to place an order, and the woman at the counter greeted me with, "What do you want?" How rude! To make things worse, they had already started closing at 8:15 PM, despite their posted closing time of 10 PM. It only got more frustrating when the manager instructed the staff to ensure our order was the last one so they could leave. This all unfolded right in front of us.
The drive-thru service was very slow. I ordered three all-white meat dinners, but the chicken was overcooked; the coating was tough and the meat was quite dry. One of the wings was only about a third of a regular wing. The green beans were poorly prepared, with half of them sitting in water. The bottom of the biscuit was missing, and my root beer, which I asked for without ice, was mostly just carbonated water.
