She ordered three pieces of chicken and was told the total was $27.00. When she asked for an explanation of the price, the cashier responded dismissively, saying she hadn’t mentioned the cost beforehand. Additionally, my sister didn’t receive the honey and butter she requested, and her drink was almost spilled because the employee didn’t secure the lid properly. This experience has made her reconsider her loyalty to the restaurant, as she usually goes at least twice a week. She finds this treatment completely unacceptable. It’s essential to hire staff who are dedicated to their roles and prioritize respectful customer service.

There was only one occasion when my order was incorrect, but I understood since a windstorm had caused a power outage. Once the power was restored, the place got quite busy. On the whole, I typically receive excellent service and enjoy delicious food here.

It’s evident that employee burnout is a significant problem in the fast food industry.

I’ve had experiences with KFC before, but this will definitely be my last visit.

When I got home, I realized that the lid on the gravy wasn't secured at all; it had just been thrown into the bag. This is the third time I've experienced this! Usually, I can manage to salvage it, but not this time—the gravy spilled all over the bag. When I tried to pick it up, it fell right to the floor! If I could give a half-star rating, I certainly would!
