It’s evident that employee burnout is a significant problem in the fast food industry.

I won’t be returning to this restaurant. The staff was not friendly, and my chicken was undercooked. To make matters worse, they forgot two of my orders, and wh... read more I won’t be returning to this restaurant. The staff was not friendly, and my chicken was undercooked. To make matters worse, they forgot two of my orders, and when I called to discuss the issue, they actually suggested I go elsewhere. I’ve had experiences with KFC before, but this will definitely be my last visit.
