I had the pleasure of being serviced by two model employees, Shakiya and Samarie. They were friendly, outgoing, helpful!!! Asked if I wanted to try an item. They did their jobs and well. Ordered their new hot honey chicken sandwich and ended getting a plain chicken sandwich, nothing on it. Was missing one of the fries I ordered
Way better than MC Donald's
Open 24 hours! Don is a great boss. He is a good guy to work for. He does his best to create a friendly working environment and every day, at the end of my shift, I leave with a smile on my face. The staff is understanding and friendly to work with. As for customer service, we strive our best to keep drive thru times under two and a half minutes. Dining room is open, clean and inviting too! Sandwich was cold
The child at the window with the green “hair” is beyond rude! After patiently waiting in the drive through, once I arrived at the windows I asked if I could upgrade my fires. She responded NO! (With an attitude). I said ok. I then asked if I could change the flavors of my ice cream cones. There's an excellent employee named Roxanna who is always friendly, efficient, and has a great sense of humor.
I ordered two kids' meal cheeseburgers, and they had an off taste, as if they had been sitting out for a while. The fries were too salty as well.

We visited McDonald's and Burger King near this Hardee's for a milkshake. Unfortunately, both ice machines were broken. We then tried Hardee's, but they had just run out of ice as well. As a consolation, we ordered a small burger since we had forgotten to do so at McDonald's. Due to the lack of ice, they gave us a large burger for free. The service was amazing and far superior to Burger King and McDonald's. We are grateful for their kindness. The food was also delicious. We hope their milkshake machine gets fixed soon!
As a taxi driver who works the night shift, I often find myself needing a place to eat after 10:00 p.m. Luckily, Hardee's on Jefferson is one of the few options available. I have visited this restaurant multiple times after work and have always been greeted by the very friendly overnight staff. Their specialties are delicious and the food is always served hot. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I wait to order after a customer in the drive thru by 1:45 o'clock 8/27/22 when I heard the ton of the worker's voice over the conversation, I immediately decided not to support her business and pulled out. he must be reminded that customers why he is paid, he needs an adjustment. his position ran from another customer.
Carl Karcher if he was still alive) would have suggested closing this store if had been served as shitty order as I and my friend did yesterday. The food was cold, the buns were over grilled to the point of having a styrofoam texture and the French fries were so old they could have had their own boring card. If you like cold crappy food and CSR's who act like they would rather be at the dentist's chair than working here, then this place is for you. But, if you want to actually have an edible meal, steer clear of this place.
It's fast which is the best I can say for it. We got burgers and soda. The soda was flat and 3/4 filled with ice even though we asked for no ice. The burgers were okay at first but had an off putting after taste that we finally located to be from the lettuce.
