Don is a great boss. He is a good guy to work for. He does his best to create a friendly working environment and every day, at the end of my shift, I leave with a smile on my face. The staff is understanding and friendly to work with. As for customer service, we strive our best to keep drive thru times under two and a half minutes. Dining room is open, clean and inviting too! We then tried Hardee's, but they had jus... read more We visited McDonald's and Burger King near this Hardee's for a milkshake. Unfortunately, both ice machines were broken. We then tried Hardee's, but they had just run out of ice as well. As a consolation, we ordered a small burger since we had forgotten to do so at McDonald's. Due to the lack of ice, they gave us a large burger for free. The service was amazing and far superior to Burger King and McDonald's. We are grateful for their kindness. The food was also delicious. We hope their milkshake machine gets fixed soon!

I have visited this restaurant multiple times after work and have always been greeted by the very friendly overnight staff. Their specialties are delicious and the food is always served hot. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The food was cold, the buns were over grilled to the point of having a styrofoam texture and the French fries were so old they could have had their own boring card. If you like cold crappy food and CSR's who act like they would rather be at the dentist's chair than working here, then this place is for you. But, if you want to actually have an edible meal, steer clear of this place.

The... read more I had the pleasure of being serviced by two model employees, Shakiya and Samarie. They were friendly, outgoing, helpful!!! Asked if I wanted to try an item. They did their jobs and well. Both of their attitudes showed that they like their jobs and WANTED TO BE AT WORK. Great customer. I will definitely frequent this Hardees on the strength of these 2 young ladies. I really and truly appreciated my experience with them. We need more fast food workers like them. I pray this review doesn’t go unnoticed.
