People in casual clothes were frequently entering and exiting the kitchen area, which was quite unprofessional. The staff member we asked for ketchup was rude. The only pleasant aspect was the young man who took our order; he was great. Overall, everything was terrible.

I have never been here before bu... read more For fries, a drink and a double cheeseburger you're paying $15+ and it's really just OK. They also served it with no toppings.. I have never been here before but when I ordered they didn't ask. Clearly the kid working the register had no desire to be there. So to make up for it they gave me a pile of ingredients to put on that might otherwise be standard issue for a cheeseburger. The fries were floppy and greasy too, I assume that's just their “Five Guys Style.” For that price? Go to Red Robin.
