This location was right in betwee... read more There was a picture of a mouse climbing on the doughnuts clearly at this location which has steered us clear of this location. This location was right in between mine and my parents house, so we would frequent it when we would visit myparents. The staff is normally friendly but we've had weird encounters with a particular staff member there with dreads. He wasrude on the speaker and then rude at the window. We didn't say anything or be anything other than friendly despite this. Whenwe kindly asked for the straws he forgot, he literally threw them out the window at us and then shut the window and stormedoff. Outside of that employee, our orders are regularly messed up. Like straight menu items with no adjustments. Very oftenemployees have no idea what the item you ordered off their menu is and then what you get is their best guess. It's veryfrustrating.

At that time we found out that the Cubs would not seal correctly because they were dented. Therefore we ended up withcoffee all over the front of our shirts. I?m glad I?m back in Muncie Indiana where are Dunkin treats is a lot better
