I have visited her twice in the past week in search of a gift basket, which is surprisingly hard to find in Springfield. Despite my last-minute requests and limited budget, she was able to accommodate me and the end result was stunning! The gift baskets were filled with high-quality meats, cheeses, and snacks. Heather even made a special basket without alcohol for a recipient who doesn't drink. Her customer service is truly exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful to her. I highly recommend this place.

I... read more This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was thrilled with the extensive variety of alcohol options and unique gift items available for purchase. I spent a full hour browsing through all the adorable merchandise, including candles, soaps, seasonings, and more. I was especially excited to find McGillicuddy's apple pie, a product not available in California, so I made sure to stock up before heading back home.

She was honest, fantastic, and extremely helpful. She truly made the whole experience worthwhile. I wish everyone was as cooperative as she is, and I truly wish I could have more interactions with her. The Brown Derby is fortunate to have her. I also appreciate their fair pricing and not overcharging for alcohol.
