My client, who has... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, there was no staff to be found. Eventually, someone came out from the back. My client, who has a mental disability, saves all year to celebrate his birthday here. Unfortunately, he has a broken foot, so we decided to pause his play card while he went to the restroom. However, after just five minutes of play, the food arrived, and when we tried to pause the card again, we were told we could only pause it once. This meant he got only 11 minutes of playtime, and the staff was quite rude about it, leaving him feeling like his money was wasted. I even suggested they put up a sign to inform customers about the pause policy! To make matters worse, they were working on the windows, which made it quite cold inside. Before the renovations, we never had any issues, but now the prices have gone up while the customer service has noticeably declined. I would recommend spending a little extra and going to Scene 75 instead.

Our ho... read more The food was fantastic, but what really stood out to us was the exceptional service we received at Chuck E. Cheese for my granddaughter's birthday party. Our host was amazing—he made sure everything went off without a hitch, kept the kids entertained, and ensured that everyone had plenty to eat and their drinks were always filled. Thanks to him, the party was a total success.
