My client, who has a menta... read more This restaurant experience was terrible. When we arrived, there was no one in sight, and it took a while for an employee to come out. My client, who has a mental handicap, saves up to celebrate his birthday here every year, but he recently suffered a broken foot. We paused his game to regroup, but after just five minutes of playing, our food arrived. When we tried to pause the game again, we were told that we could only interrupt once, which meant he had only 11 minutes of playtime. The staff was very rude about the situation, and it felt like his money was wasted. I even suggested that they should post a sign about their policies! Additionally, they were working on the windows, so it was freezing inside. We never had issues before the renovation, but it seems that prices have gone up while the quality of service has gone down. I would recommend spending a few extra dollars and going to Scene 75 instead.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our son Zayden had everything he needed for a fantastic birthday party. Thank you! We’re looking forward to coming back again next year!

My client, who has... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, there was no staff to be found. Eventually, someone came out from the back. My client, who has a mental disability, saves all year to celebrate his birthday here. Unfortunately, he has a broken foot, so we decided to pause his play card while he went to the restroom. However, after just five minutes of play, the food arrived, and when we tried to pause the card again, we were told we could only pause it once. This meant he got only 11 minutes of playtime, and the staff was quite rude about it, leaving him feeling like his money was wasted. I even suggested they put up a sign to inform customers about the pause policy! To make matters worse, they were working on the windows, which made it quite cold inside. Before the renovations, we never had any issues, but now the prices have gone up while the customer service has noticeably declined. I would recommend spending a little extra and going to Scene 75 instead.
