I?m a local a... read more So tired of coming in here in the morning before work and getting side eyed and being disrespected for being BLACK by this older CAUCASIAN woman. I?m a local a hard working Man OH AND AMERICAN since that?s what they like to hear so much here in Missouri..I shouldn?t get treatment like such EVER..I?ll never get gas here again. I?ll miss the pizza and donuts but the hell with this establishment..DO BETTER

Was told that because my ID is not a drivers license and from out of state they can not sell... read more Visiting from out of town and stopped by to try and buy cigarettes. Was told that because my ID is not a drivers license and from out of state they can not sell to me. So basically Casey's doesn't want to sell goods to people who don't live in their community?! This is after selling to me two days ago and last week. When I told the person behind the counter this ifo she fallowed with it's a new policy. I and my family in the area will no longer be going to Casey's. Which is sad because we normally there at least 4-5 times a week. Kim and go had no problem with my out of state ID.

They are frequently understaffed, and the soda fountains often run out of products. The Powerade, which used to be carbonated, now tastes like plain water. The pizza kept in the hot cabinet always looks dry and seems to have been sitting there long past its freshness time. While some employees provide good service, others are quite poor. Overall, Casey's has gone from being excellent to struggling over the past two years.

It kept asking for a membership card number, but I’m not a member, so it kept declining my transaction when I refused to enter my phone number. I already entered my zip code—that should be enough. After six failed attempts, I gave up and went to Flying J. It’s an overly complicated process, and I saw several other customers having the same frustrating experience. Casey’s needs to fix this—nobody has time for a twenty-question interrogation at the pump.
