They made a few mistakes putting our order together, and became agitated when I asked for my missing items. A lot of water was spilled on the floor, but no one cleanedthe mess, when we suggested at least putting a caution wet floor sign over the spill, the manager said they had put one out awhile ago, but it 's missing now. So, that tells me they knew the spill was there for a while and made no effort to clean. ACUSTOMER in line saw the sign in another part of the restaurant and placed it over the spill. The kids had fun, but didn 'tfinish their food. The adults did not have fun. I have a bit of indigestion from tasting all that grease from the fryers whichtasted very old and rancid.

Our burgers were large and well cooked but the buns were so dry they fell apart as we ate. The onion rings have changed too from the last time we'veordered- undercooked maybe? Likewise the French fries. The ceiling had many water leak stains with buckets on the floor and onewhole table section blocked off with the tile floor saturated with water. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR DRINK STATION AND ENTRANCE DOORS!

He asked what my taste preferences were and suggested the Double Southwest burger. He then went and made the perfect sandwich. Jake needs a raise! Today they get 5stars! Thanks guys!
