When I say they did everything possible to rectify it, they did everything plus more. I?ve never receivedsuch great service from a place before. Thank you all for your kindness!

I'm now even scared to get any more food from this vile place after the things I've over the last couple months. I?ve seen roaches by the fountainmachine, on the counter, in the desert area, and mold on some of ?Mama?s bread? being openly sold as ?freshly made? until I hadto tell an employee. I've been a longtime customer, since they were on Richmond Hwy, but now I wonder what other things thisestablishment is getting away with. Please think twice before buying from this place again.... I'm really disappointed.

Tried the pizza today and basically paid 2x the price for costco quality pizza. Costco pizza is great, however I didnt pay costcoprices for it. I'll stick to the subs next time, they seem to be the main attraction.

Chicken parm sub was a disappointment, I was expecting more flavor just more cheese sauce. Also ordered tiramisu that I forgot to take a pic of before I started eating because it was that good!

The online ordering system is terrible. Ordered $87 worth of food and every sandwich came plain . No lettuce, tomato, condiments, etc that usually come standard... read more The online ordering system is terrible. Ordered $87 worth of food and every sandwich came plain . No lettuce, tomato, condiments, etc that usually come standard on the sandwiches per the menu description. According to the very unhelpful woman on the phone, you need to select each and every topping when ordering online, not just additional/extra toppings that don 't come standard. You 'd think when you see an online order come in and EVERY sandwich is plain, you 'd call the customer and check to see if possibly they misunderstood your crappy online ordering system. Zero steps taken by the lady on the phone to rectify the situation and maybe make it right on an almost $100 order. Our office used to order food from here regularly. Never again. There 's a reason your business was empty when we walked in today.
