My dad has had a good experience with them in the past. However, I’m giving a low star rating due to my experience.

During a lengthy journey, we stopped for a quick bite to eat but were immediately concerned as the building was clearly not accessible, and there was a line of... read more During a lengthy journey, we stopped for a quick bite to eat but were immediately concerned as the building was clearly not accessible, and there was a line of cars waiting for parking. The dining area was closed, so we decided to place a takeout order, but were informed that the chicken fingers we ordered would take at least 10 minutes. To top it off, the ice machine was also out of service. So, we decided to leave and find another restaurant instead.

The burgers were extremely greasy, to the point where the bag and sandwich wrapper were completely soaked through. We couldn't even eat any of it. The fries were only half cooked. The drive-thru employee seemed extremely spaced out, repeating our order ten times and still getting it wrong. We wasted over $20 on this meal. Avoid eating here at all costs.

I probably should have checked before coming here. When I arrived at 11:05, the door was locked even though they were supposed to open at 10:30. As I was leaving, they finally unlocked the door and told me they were having a morning meeting. When I approached the cashier, the staff continued to have loud conversations while ignoring me. One employee was dressed in dirty-looking, tight clothes with lots of cleavage showing, making me question if she was actually an employee. After several minutes, she finally took my order. The floor was dirty with ketchup spills and slippery to walk on. The food took 20 minutes to come out and was stale and overcooked.
