It was really disappointing, and I'm worried i... read more My recent visit will definitely be my last. The food was poorly prepared—boiled, messy, and just tossed together. It was really disappointing, and I'm worried it might make me sick later. I won't be recommending this place to anyone who matters to me. The food was subpar, and the service was lacking.

I ordered 4 chicken strips and only got 2 for whatever reason. On top of that, the person taking my order was both rude and rather inattentive. I had to repeat... read more I ordered 4 chicken strips and only got 2 for whatever reason. On top of that, the person taking my order was both rude and rather inattentive. I had to repeat my order TWICE until he finally understood me just to have my food arrive lukewarm which was extremely disappointing. I mean considering that I live very close to this place. I also tried to get a Root beer float but as per usual, their ice cream machine was broke... lol I guess they don't feel like fixing it which happened the last 2 times I tried to order from here.

Of all the restaurants I have gone to around the world, this one and two in Malta have the best people. I only wish I could handle salt still. Good is good and the combination of surf and turf is excellent. But the food is irrelevant, this is a restaurant tho go to of you want to eat and relax in a clean restaurant at worth people who really allow you to relax.

Went to the counter to ask for some ketchup packets for my order. Had to go to the other part where the napkins to get one to wipe the coleslaw off of the bag.Took my order out to the truck. Had to go back in to the restaurant to get someone that was using the bathroom. Upon going backin the manager accused me of stealing a bottle of ketchup that was sitting on the counter in the area where I was. I took mybag back into the store and asked where the bottle of ketchup was at. She told me that I just needed to leave. She was on thephone with her Gm. She also said I'm not crazy. I know what I saw. Wanted a root beer float. But was told they're out of rootbeer . This is not a place I would recommend to anyone

I'm genuinely concerned I might feel sick later. I’ll be sure to warn all my friends and family to stay away from this place. The food was terrible, and the service was even worse.
