Arris Pizza - Springfield
Arris Pizza
Description
Arris Pizza brings together a variety of dining experiences, with many patrons praising its delicious offerings, like the cold spinach artichoke dip and unique gyros topping. The lunch specials receive positive mentions for great value. Customers often applaud the attentive service, particularly highlighting exceptional waitstaff who enhance the experience. However, there are significant complaints regarding the consistency of the food, pricing, and service quality. Issues with overcharging for specialty crusts, overly salty dishes, and insufficient customer attention mar the dining experience for some. While many enjoy the pizza, the mixed reviews suggest room for improvement in service and consistency.

Apollo was not good. Flour built up on bottom and the crust was hard and stale tasting. The middle of the pizza was soggy. Taste was not right. I use to tell my coworkers and friends about how good the pizza was. We will not be back for no more pizza oranything from Arris in Springfield. Keith Kathy
Confession. I was annoying about needing a phone charger and internet. They helped with the charger, thanks, and not with wi fi. Sucked because I was having a business meeting but ok. I wasn?t an as**ole but I realllly wanted to persuade me somewi fi. No problem they couldn?t do it i figured it out. Love this place. Only pizza I eat. They must have felt I was anasa**ole because my pizzas (yes 2) were both wayyyy more SALTY then the past 12 times I have been there. So. I want slightKaren, didn?t yell or call names, rather begged for wi fi and wasn?t abusive and I got a nice crisp Salt Pizza. I tipped thewaitress $13 on 2 large pizzas. Hope she feels badly about the salt. Should. Only my 2 review of a restaurant ever.
I am done with Arris Pizza. They have continually overcharged me with the cauliflower crust. I have had to ask for the manager several times. Today I ordered a SMALL cauliflower gluten-free Facebook special, which is half price. It was $13. I asked if afull price, small cauliflower crust was $26. They currently said yes. I can get the same size cauliflower pizza at Rocco?s andit is just as good. I wonder what their large cauliflower crust pizza would cost. Possibly $45?
Love this place! It's close to home and our go 2 for pizza and I haven't ordered anything that wasn't good yet!! Clean atmosphere is nice and good hot food , friendly fast servers. Prices are good ????
We ordered takeout, and by the time we got home, our pizza was soggy and completely stuck to the bottom of the box. We had to throw away half of it because it was like eating cardboard. The crust is far too thin and couldn’t support the undercooked toppings. We spent $50 just to end up discarding half of it.
