Haven't visited a Capt Ds in about 5 years. Lots of menu items. Only car in drive thru, took about 13 minutes from order to food handed to me. Which was expected if it were all fresh. Fries were not warm, a few items were fresh. Friendly lady at the window. Not great, not bad and the only seafood-ish place in this town so it'll have to do. View all feedback.
What Michael Wooda doesn't like about Captain D's:
The crab cakes were actually bread in a shell. There was literally one little strand in one shell and absolutely zero in the other. I'm Shure they come in a box frozen.byt an $18.00 combo should be eatable.the food quality is 30% of what it used to be.not blaming the staff. View all feedback.
Cold fries and cold sides! AWFUL!!! I went back and nothing changed!! ...Horrible food!!!
Baked potatoes with your meal. You can never go wrong!!
Quit going for a long time give them another try . No change had to go back in order wrong again food was so so . Will not go back
I have been fishing caught and cleaned and cooked them quicker than I can get an order of fish and fries at the drive thru. Do better people
Idk if it’s just me…. But ate there today and it was not a good experience. Lots of confusion with the order. That’s not the worst part. I can deal with that. But feeling very ill after eating the fish and shrimp… something’s just not right. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this place ever again. Only giving 3 stars cuz the staff were doing everything they could to correct mistakes made with order.
