The Coffee Collective - Sparta

One of my favorite places for breakfast. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere surreal. They not only have coffee, they also have amazingly different types of teas. I would say it is a must to make one of their breakfast sandwiches, envelopes or waffles that they are all absolutely amazing!

The food was amazing and far beyond expectations. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, just what you want from your local coffee shop. The service was fantastic, so informative and helpful!

I enjoyed the coffee and vibe here. The staff had great ideas to adapt my drink to my preferences. Not many baristas provide their customers. I definitely recommend this place.

The coffee shop was nice. Sad part large coffee grinder not worked and cashier explained shop coffee came from Nashville for a short time. Coffee was good, except I don't like regular liquid cream. We didn't order a meal, but we watch how waitress brings food for customers and seems to be beautiful. It was very busy and the customers had a great time and it has nothing to wait for.

Amazing cafe!! We loved it! The smell of espresso fills your heart as you enter this place. We loved the cappuccinos and frapes!! A relaxing ambience to sit and enjoy.
