This restaurant presents a spectrum of dining experiences that leaves patrons divided. While some enjoy vibrant meals, such as the chicken dinner and hush puppies, others express disappointment over pricing discrepancies and average food quality. The famed flounder sandwich drew criticism for its inflated price, leading to feelings of false advertising. Service ratings range from excellent to lackluster, with atmosphere scores varying significantly. Cleanliness and decor also need attention. Was Jus H at Captain D's a mag?
Haven't visited a Capt Ds in about 5 years. Lots of menu items. Only car in drive thru, took about 13 minutes from order to food handed to me. Which was expected if it were all fresh. Fries were not warm, a few items were fresh. Friendly lady at the window. Not great, not bad and the only seafood-ish place in this town so it'll have to do. View all feedback.

The restaurant could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and improved cleanliness. The service was excellent with a dine-in meal option for dinner priced between $10-$20 per person. The food received a rating of 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

I stopped going to this restaurant for a while, but decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, there was no improvement. I had to return my order because it was wrong again and the food was just average. I don't plan on going back. The service for takeout dinner was lacking, with a rating of 1. The atmosphere also only received a score of 1. The recommended dish was the Hush Puppies. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20.

I had the 4 piece battered fish and fries, with coleslaw and hush puppies. The fish was really oily, and the fries had an old oil taste to them.

The food was very good; however, the dining area was a mess. They were not busy, and although they had 3 people working, no one bothered to wipe down any tables or clean the floors. There was trash piled on the floor outside of the trash can, which was not full. Sad!
