What User likes about Starbucks:
it's great to see a franchise wearing the friendly atmosphere as soon as they walk in the door. That's what this is a little strange, but it's comfortable and I never had a drink wrong. with busy coffeeshops they can lose the real customer service when it is busy, but I wanted to mention that elizabeth always had a real smile and kept them cool when it is busy. Service is usually pretty good and the girls are super friendly when ordering. But there is one that makes the orders thats really rude. Two days in a row when handling out my order she was very rude. If customer service isn't your thing then you shouldn't be in customer service.
