Hi, my experience left mixed emotions. The smoothie was delicious but the overall experience left me a little frustrated. I had a reward that wasn't redeeming and felt I was talked down to. The only reason I went was because I thought I had a reward to use, but was told rather harshly that it was not their problem View all feedback.

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival at the restaurant and received top-notch customer service. Even though I was undecided on what to order, a staff member named Devin inquired about my fruit preferences and crafted the perfect smoothie for me. The energetic atmosphere and lively music added to my overall enjoyment, and I am looking forward to coming back soon.
I came into keva the other day and got the best customer service i’ve ever received. Devon greeted me right away and took my order while still looking out for other customers. He was very friendly and made conversation with me while making my drink. awesome customer service !!
The restaurant is well-located, but the customer service was quite impersonal.
Not sure the name of who opened on Black Friday, but she couldn?t have been better! Especially as she was left on her own to figure out how to make the Black Friday special happen. She was by herself but was so polite and hardworking to help the 4 of us in store and a door dash driver. Felt bad and made sure she got a large tip for being so sweet and effective.
