Their in store menu has no ingredients so you have no clue what you're ordering. Then the sandwich they gave me looked really gross like they just threw it together without caring. We were the only two people in the store so it's not like they were in a rush or anything. Very disappointing. Will not order from them anymore. View all feedback.
Never go in at the end of the day. If you get your order in less than 15 minutes, it will probably suck. We love this place. But we went in too close to closing and everything was pretty sloppy. Our sandwiches just didn't taste right. No flavor and not really heated thoroughly. Oh well.
Ordered 3 large sandwiches and when I got there they had a $60 bill. So needless to say i wasn't happy. Im a small business owner so I didn't have time to re submit the order i had to pay and move on. I gotta say I think the reason for the mix up was the lack of communication with the person I ordered from, lack of communication skills.
Absolutely love Capriotti's! My all-time favorite sandwich is the Bobbi! Thanksgiving in a sandwich sooo good. I highly recommend it! It's easier to order online and pick it up rather than go inside and order. Sometimes, the lines can get crazy and staff will get backed up with orders.
Service was incredible! Small sandwich is enough for 2 but was awesome leftovers. We live in Fernley but hubby says we are going to go to town to try them all!
Great place for great food.. Will be back when i get a chance
