We had an anniversary dinner here and it was a whole experience. Every dish and drink we were served was incredible. And we like that the menu changes so that we can try new things each time. It's a bit pricey but worth it for quality of food and service. View all feedback.

If you're looking to try a new restaurant, why not visit Sparkill in New York City? On Mondays and Tuesdays, they offer a pub menu with generous portions, delicious drinks, and high-quality wines. The striped sea bass served over beurre blanc sauce and rare white grilled asparagus made for a perfect evening. The special drink of the day was the Passion Plan, an extended version of their traditional paper plan, made with fresh ingredients to ensure a warm welcome for all guests.
This was the first tasting menu we’ve had in a long time. The food was delicious, and their wine selection was exceptional. Not your everyday dinner, but perfect for a special occasion.
I have visited this restaurant many times, particularly in the summer with my partner and friends. I've spent a lot of money here, so it's disappointing that I won't be able to continue due to their new policy requiring proof of vaccination. I was there when COVID-19 was at its worst and no vaccination proof was required, so it seems like the owner is only implementing this rule now out of control. Despite their claims about keeping employees safe, we've often seen them without masks. It's a shame to see this side of the owner.
Great food with a twist. Beautiful staff who know how to take care of their clients
One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Went with a group of 6 and ordered every item on the appetizers. The I like it caliente drink was awesome.
