Michelle, the hostess, was able to accommodate us last minute on a very busy night. The dining experience is exceptional, and everyone on the staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely go and enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, which included sea scallop chowder and "on ice" Alaskan crab legs. The chowder was thick and delicious, filled with scallops, while the crab legs had a nice spicy kick. The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly, and the cook was present, which added to the overall experience. With good food like this, what more could you ask for? I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and family if they're ever in the area.

We visited to celebrate a friend's birthday, and I started with the smoked cocktail, which was both spicy and smoky yet incredibly flavorful. The wine list, while brief, is well-curated and extremely affordable. We chose the Moroccan Syrah, which was fantastic in both flavor and value at just $42. For my appetizer, I had the Maryland blue crab soup, and it was delicious. For the main course, even though the grilled tuna special looked spectacular, I opted for the New Zealand venison. It was cooked to perfection, accompanied by a wonderfully tasty cherry sauce, and paired excellently with the Syrah. Overall, it was an amazing experience. The service was excellent—friendly, timely, and attentive. Highly recommended!

However, we s... read more I went to Roost for a birthday dinner, and everything started off well. We were served cocktails and appetizers promptly, and they were delicious. However, we soon experienced a strong and overwhelming smell of lavender that lingered near our table. We ended up waiting over an hour for our main courses. Unfortunately, the smell impacted my experience, altering the taste of my food and making it hard to enjoy my meal when it finally arrived. This definitely put a damper on the evening, and I left feeling let down. I'm not sure what caused the unpleasant odor, but it was truly unfortunate. Roost is usually one of my favorite places, but this time it didn't meet expectations.

I ordered the veal... read more Another wonderful dinner experience! This restaurant just keeps getting better every time we visit. The cozy, chic atmosphere is delightful. I ordered the veal chop special, and it was by far the most tender chop I've ever had. My wife chose the salmon and raved that it was the best she’s ever tasted—perfectly crusted outside and incredibly tender inside. Our waitress was the sweetest as well!
