Breakfast was delicious. French toast and chicken fried steak, hash browns, and good, strong coffee! Service was friendly and efficient. Very reasonable pricing. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. There is plenty of parking, with 4 disabled spots next to the entry. Wheelchair accessible.
Excellent location and atmosphere. I love the nod to little park. Food is just meh nothing to write home about. More then likely will not return as there are other places closer to me with same food offerings.
I’m just going to start off with the bad first, the food!! My mother ordered the crab melt, it was not good at all, you couldn’t even taste any crab, it was more of a cream dish on bread. My youngest daughter ordered the Mango Chicken, absolutely no flavor, not sure how that happens. My son ordered the Lasagna, it literally tasted like a spoonful of sugar with Rosemary. As for myself I had the seafood pasta (can’t remember the name) but it had scallops and shrimp, both of which had no flavor and my pasta was crunchy every other bite. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and the size was for one person, it had like 6 pieces total, not worth the price. I can honestly say the only thing that was good were the fries. I would also expect some bread to go with “Italian Dishes” but there was none. The waitress was really nice however we were sat next to the jukebox so I think she had a hard time hearing us when we would ask for refills. Looking at the menu everything looks and sounds great however it all came out totally different. I just expected a lot more for the price of everything and being a new restaurant. Sorry but we definitely won’t be returning.
I dont know what I was expecting since it would have been my first time ordering a Buffalo chicken salad but this is definitely not it! Tried this place several years ago in Graham and wasn't impressed. Now that they're in Spanaway I thought I try it again. I'll just make my own Buffalo chicken salad from home. Chicken strips probably were bought from the grocery store and just chopped up. Lettuce was warm and could barely see the blue cheese crumbles. I'm sorry but definitely sticking to my initial impression and not returning to this restaurant.
