Arby's - Spanaway
Arby's
Description
Arby’s has become a mixed bag for patrons, blending commendable moments with significant frustrations. While some customers have praised friendly staff and prompt drive-thru service, others report disheartening experiences, including poor food quality and high prices. Anecdotes highlight inconsistencies, from amicable interactions with individuals like Nicole to chaotic orders and delivery issues. Although certain dishes, such as the Mediterranean Gyro and orange creamsicle shake, received rave reviews, complaints about the overall dining experience, particularly for families and younger children, overshadow these highlights. Despite its potential, many patrons find themselves seeking alternatives.

This restaurant is generally dependable for good food. My favorite dish is the crispy chicken salad, especially when it's garnished with fresh tomatoes and crunchy bacon.
The restaurant doesn't open for dining until late at night, around 8 or 9 PM, and only serves for about two hours. While the staff is friendly, the location isn't ideal if you have a young child or a family that wants to eat in. I would recommend looking for another place!
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I have to share my experience. I ordered a Reuben without Thousand Island dressing and a buffalo slider meal. Unfortunately, they messed up the buffalo slider and instead gave me honey mustard sauce on plain chicken. To top it off, there were no straws provided. Fast food is meant to be convenient, but my experience was far from that. I understand that fast food workers often earn minimum wage, but it makes me question the value of the service when things go wrong like this.
The Arby's on Mountain Highway is wonderful! The staff members are friendly, and the food is outstanding. My top pick is the Greek Euro! If you haven't had the chance to try their Greek Euros, you really should—I'm certain you'll love them just as much as I do.
