However, over the last six months, they have significantly improved. Simply call them directly, clearly state your order, pay with a card to the friendly lady, stop wasting your time and money with delivery services like Deliveroo, and you will receive very decent food in 45 minutes. The Singapore rice noodles and chow mein are excellent, as well as the salt and pepper king prawns, chicken with black bean sauce, and all of their curries. They are all very good options for a local takeaway, and also great value for the quality.

She said would give us a free dish of our choice . Requested one then she said no sorry can’t do that and will cancel order as would be longer than another hour for delivery meaning wouldn’t be with us til gone half 10 pm !! They quickly cancelled and were rude on the phone !! Rubbish!!

Customer service is poor, front of house staff have no manners and just hurry to take payment before you even finish your order. Food is over priced, dont get half the ingriendients you would in a restaurant or taste. Would not recommend this place. Poor quality service, food and taste.

When I called to inquire about the delay, the woman on the phone kept saying it would be another 10-15 minutes. I tried to cancel my order because it was getting late, but she informed me that it had already been processed and a refund was not possible. When the food finally arrived, it was mostly overcooked and cold, with stale meat. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. The staff members were also rude on the phone, so I suggest looking for better Chinese takeout options elsewhere.
