What User likes about Low Sizergh Barn Tea Room:
I love this place! besides an amazing caffe with a glazed viewing area, so they are the cows that are milked (at certain times,) they also have many beautiful foods and gifts in the shop, much of the local opposite. there is also a wild park, a camping site and a hut, where you can do not pasteurized milk directly from the beautiful cows. Used to love this place but the food seems to have gone downhill recently. We ordered the rarebit, expecting a lovely chunk of sourdough bread. A thin slice of white bread was not what we were expecting for £7.95. No taste of anything other than an unpleasant cheese texture on top. Still hungry after we had eaten it. Poor. read moreLow Sizergh Barn offers a charming atmosphere with a farm shop and café, showcasing local produce and delicious treats. While some dishes such as the quiche and scones shine with quality ingredients, others, like the Welsh rarebit and mac and cheese, have received critique for their portion sizes and taste. The café can feel cramped, impacting the overall experience, especially during busy periods. Despite these inconsistencies, the friendly staff and selection of cakes and beverages leave a positive impression. Overall, it remains a worthwhile stop for fresh produce and delightful baked goods, though diners should manage their expectations regarding certain menu items.
