We relaxed by the fireplace while waiting for our reservation in the dining room. On our second night, we enjoyed dinner at the Copper Room, where the food was, of course, delicious. Our server was courteous and engaging, striking the perfect balance—friendly without being overly talkative.

It was disappointing not to be in the beautiful and sunny room with the amazing view but our tea was delicious and the service by Erin was wonderful.
