Buddha Box - Sooke

During our vacation, we came across this fantastic food truck and quickly ordered lunch for ourselves and our children. The peanut tofu did not disappoint. The vegetables were fresh and locally sourced, the sauce was delicious, and it was served with rice noodles. We will definitely be following the Buddha Box truck again the next time we are in Sooke!
