I loved how small the group was and how approachable Chef Jess was it made the night fun and casual, but also gave us a chance to ask questions and chat with others in the class. The food we made was delicious! We'll definitely be making our own gnudis in the future!

The recipes got my partner’s seal of approval, including a variation on socca using garlic, and he is originally from Nice.

We had 6 of us there to learn about and stir up a Tapas meal. Awesome and simple environment, and perfect for us to bring along some wine, assist Jess with cooking, and enjoy the fruits of our labor. Really, really fun time. It's a unique, small kitchen environment that just radiates with fun.
