Absolutely delicious farm to table restaurant! Perfect for vegetarians. The service is so friendly helpful and helped answer all questions. Amazing wine list to compliment the meal and a beautiful, relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. We were a group of 4, so we tried 10 savory and 4 desserts $300 for 4 with gratuity but no drinks). The cost is important because it creates expectations. The ingredients are amazing, the menu is great but unfortunately everything you order will not blow you away. Things we loved: cornbread, tuna carpaccio, mushroom salad, scoop of the day corn ice cream). Things that we may love in the future: little gem salad, beet salad, potato with trout roe. Miscellaneous aspects the restaurant could easily improve: seating reservations on time we were seated ten minutes late), the gratuity 20% and kitchen fee 3% should be communicated before we order, air conditioning it's not good enough). Great food, relatively quick service considering how busy they were, and so many wonderful wine options!!! the restaurant is beautiful and has a lively atmosphere. try the cornbread if you can!! definitely make a reservation ahead of time because the restaurant is quite small. the only things to consider are that there is only one single stall bathroom in the entire restaurant and that parking in the area is a total nightmare. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: excellent vegetarian dishes!!
Fantastic and unique flavor combinations await you. I was very impressed with every single plate, from the fluke ceviche (I could have just gone to town on the gochujang crackers! to the beef tartare, the cornbread with miso butter and pickledvegetables and perfect steak. It is the only place I have visited in months that has asked for a vaccine card. A little bitironic given that I was sitting at the chef?s table, mere inches from the entire kitchen crew, who are not masked. But I?ll dowhatever they want to gain access to those well considered dishes.
Beautiful location and atmosphere. Food was delicious. A bit edgier flavors than I normally like, admittedly. Ordered the mackerel, honeynut squash, turnips, shishito peppers, fried new potatoes. Almond cake could be more almond-y. Be sure to checkif vegetable dishes are fully vegetarian, as some had non-vegetarian elements. Overall, this restaurant is a winner. Will beback next time we're in town!
