Description
Despite some negative experiences involving rude staff, long waits, subpar food, and burnt chicken, there are still glimmers of hope at this particular KFC location. One patron encountered a friendly and enthusiastic worker named Michael who provided excellent service. While some customers may have had unfortunate experiences, it seems that there are still dedicated employees who are able to provide a positive dining experience. So, next time you're thinking of hitting up KFC, maybe give them another chance and hope that Michael is working.

Got home part of my order missing waste of time and money to ever go
For $32 I got subpar food. I’m supposed to have three large sides and tonight I was given containers that missed an inch to an inch and a half from the top. The sizes of the chicken breasts are also tiny! Barely bigger than the palm of my hand (less than 3 inches large). I’m sorely disappointed and think it’s worth the drive to go to Ottawa if you want. I could make the same amount of food at home for less. Truly disappointed
I guess I 'm a sucker for punishment, the service here is consistently slow but every few months I crave fried chicken so I decide to give them another try. Today was the worst experience I 've had at any drive through. I pull up and there 's only one car ahead of me, so I figured it shouldn 't be too bad. I 'm not sure how long I actually waited before someone acknowledged that I was there but when they did they were incredibly rude. No sorry for the wait or even a simple hello nope I got a snarky you 've been there for ten minutes, I can see your there. (it was probably longer than 10 minutes but whatever) to which I responded what? Then they said you called from your car we know there 's a line up of people. I didn 't call, I can only imagine it was one of the other cars who were also waiting. So at this point I attempt to make my order but they were so rude to me that I just gave up and drove away. Never going back again.
I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant that I wanted to return the food and throw it back at the employees. I believe this is a larger issue with KFC in general, as the quality of their food is comparable to that of dog food. The nuggets, which were advertised as being the size of a chicken egg, were actually the size of a postage stamp and burnt. Despite ordering extra crispy chicken through the app, I was informed after receiving my food that they only had regular recipe chicken available. The chicken pieces were also burnt. The classic sandwiches I ordered had thin pieces of chicken that were only a fraction of the width of the bun, and they were lukewarm. I never liked KFC to begin with, but my child wanted to try it again. After a few bites, she declared KFC her most hated restaurant. To make matters worse, I paid $50 for two sandwiches, 6 tiny nuggets, and three burnt pieces of chicken. This is unacceptable, especially considering that even an 8 year old child refused to eat it. Thank you for the great work, KFC. It was truly embarrassing.
