Excellent service and amazing food—definitely exceeded my expectations!

We visited this restaurant on May 22 and had a wonderful time! Our server, Hailey, was just on her second shift, and we thought she did an outstanding job! Despite the busy atmosphere, she made us feel very welcome. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Thank you, Hailey!

Our food was delicious, and our waitress was fantastic. My daughter has a soy allergy, and our waitress went above and beyond to check the ingredients in various dishes to help us find something on the menu that she could safely enjoy. Thank you so much!

I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow; we waited a long time to be seated, for our orders to be taken, for the food to arrive, and for the bill to be processed. The food did not taste fresh and seemed below the standards of a quality restaurant. Our server was dismissive and lacked any empathy towards us. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, it's disheartening to say that I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I've been recommending Shoeless Joe's to family and friends for years, but after this experience, I won't be returning. It was a frustrating evening that ended up feeling like a waste of $75, tainting what should have been an enjoyable night out.

Our server Chris was quick, attentive, and enjoyable to interact with, and the food was great. The soup was delightful, and the Fish and Chips were perfectly cooked without being overly battered, unlike some places.
