To ottawa and wanted to stop bfst, such a Google search and that was the first non-Franchise place. easy to find from the hwy. very pleasant server. and the breakfast was fantastic. nice that we chose it!

Excellent meal. great service. the manager even asked us how our meals were. many thanks for coming and wishing us a happy christmas.

We were here because we wanted a place to sit on during the covid. I understand that this is a place, so the personal knows the locals on a first name. with covid I also understand that they are likely to be a little comprehending that strangers come. eat there. but the staff was not very friendly. eating also made my favorite rub for the rest of the day. very strange menu option too. Chinese food, American diner really had everything.

So disappointing I live in Merrickville I drive 20 mins there an back (40mins journey in total and the takeaway was awful. We paid over $60 and ordered beef and broccoli that was actually the best dish in 4 Szechuan noodle ..one without shrimp and one with shrimp extra spicy. Both had little to no sauce and flavorless . The one with shrimp had TWO shrimp in the whole dish. The last dish was chicken black bean and it was like a chicken gravy!! No black bean sauce in sight ! Im willing to travel for Chinese , living in Merrickville we have no options but after this I won’t bother. Just want to mention that the restaurant was empty at 5.45pm Sunday evening and during a pandemic you would expect that takeout especially was at its best. I want to add that this is the third time it’s been disappointing so that will be the last.
